Mike Hargrave has 15+ years of coaching experience with Team Yakima at various age levels.  He also has served in the past as Head Coach at his alma mater, Highland HS, and has coached club ball with Cascade Jrs.   He has coached the past five years at Riverside High School, with his team winning the Washington State Class B Championship in 2003 (Coach of the Year honors for Mike), 6th place in 2004 and 3rd place in 2007. Mike began his playing career in college at WSU and later had a long and successful high-level competitive playing career with various USAV teams, so he has the teaching perspective of both a player and a coach.   Mike also serves as a member of the Team Yakima Board of Directors.  This season Mike will serve as Coaching Backup and will focus on training other coaches in the program.
