Entry Fee is: $250 per team.

Rosters with USAV numbers and uniform numbers can be sent later but must be received by 1/22/10.

Each team must provide qualified personnel for officiating duties.

All R1’s (up refs) must be adults.

There will be a coaches meeting Friday night prior to the tournament.
